[Bug] Dropped items are all over the place

Hello,

someone else having issues with dropped items being all over the place? Sometimes I have to go 2 or 3 screens further to pick up the items and if I open the reward chest after finishing a monolith the items are displayed outside the map and I can't pick them up. This issue happens everywhere not only from opening chests but also from normal drops in monoliths.
