Dropped a 4LP Kestrel. Recommend what I should slam onto it!

I play Solo account found CoF and finally dropped a 4 LP Kestrel. I think this is my 4th 4LP item, one of them being the Uethrin's Stand bow shown in the screenshot. I already have a pretty dope twink leveling Kestrel (T7 %life and 2 T5 attributes) so I don't need to build another one. What end game build would utilize Kestrel as the go-to choice?

I'm hesitant to use it for ZHP Ballista because I think it will get nerfed next patch.
