I love the gameplay so far, especially because of the different minion playstyles! But I have a Question about looks and equipment:

So I've played for about 2 hours and I look exactly the same way when I started the game, the equipment I aquired doesn't make a visual difference. I know the devs want to implement a mtx and cosmetics shop like POE. But are there really no cool looking ingame items?

I hate it when I get new stuff with better stats but they look the exact same way. I play a looter/ARPG because I don't only want to be badass, but look badass aswell. I hate it with POE that you just buy mtx with money and look like a christmas tree lvl 1 and your loot doesn't have any visual impact for the whole rest of the game. It just makes the loot, which normally the game is all about, so much more trivial in my opinion.

Hey there!

We have no plans on limiting equipment to a single visual appearance for each class. Despite being the largest individual team at EHG, the art team has sometimes been a bottleneck for us and we just haven't had the time to create more looks for each class yet.

Are you going to be locking the best looking equipment behind the MTX pay wall or will there be a way to get those same items in game without spending any more money?

PoE can get away with it because it's free to play but in a pay-to-play game like this that's going to be a big negative for me and hopefully a lot of other people as well. If I buy a game I expect to get ALL of the content available, not counting expansions obviously. This is one of the major reasons I refuse to buy AAA games anymore.

It will be possible to earn some MTX in-game, but not the MTX available for purchase.

The plan is for the game to cost $15 at release, have a free trial up to level 20, and offer post-launch support not unlike Path of Exile's. Our MTX will be strictly cosmetic - the currency will literally be called 'Cosmetic Coins'. You're correct that Path of Exile is free to play - however their MTX aren't limited to cosmetics, so there's more of a difference there than just being B2P or F2P.

Current stash size seems limited (Large but limited). Is there any ideas floating around about expanding this? Or how do you plan on handling this? As a packrat I can see myself filling this up fast :D

Our plan is for the stash to be as large as necessary.

So, back in our pre-alpha demos the Runes of Shattering were Shattering Stones. Both they and Affix Shards did not stack, and lived in the inventory (or your stash). People asked for both to be increased as a result, but we decided to try to do something else that would give better quality of life. So if stash space needs to be increased, we're open to that - but we'll consider alternatives, too.
