Has anyone managed to make Lightning Javazon work?

I'm sure i'm not the only one who tried, has anyone managed to make one work? Not a battle standard version, but either barrage divine fury spam

Sierpin's is plain awful with no single target damage, Turani's payoff is in spell damage, but smite can at most be autocasted 32% of the time. Direct cast smite + divine fury or HH/divine bolt + Barrage will need both cast and throw speed those are bad.

Tried 2 variants the most, electrify DoT and plain old crit but both feel meh.
