Trying to powerlevel some friends on arena, need advice

I try to powerlevel some friends in arena because from what I have seen it gives the best exp out of every mode, the problem is that their chars die too easily. I took them in monoliths and they die there as well.

Is there a way to powerlevel on this game? what can I do to keep them alive? is there a class that helps with this?

Go to the monolith zone that is closest to their level. That will be the fastest. If you are 10+ leveled ahead of them and you take them into a level 100 zone, they will gain XP as though it was a zone that was their own level.
