What map are you talking about? Do you mean that when you bring up the world map the game crashes? Do you mean that when you enter the Monolith of Fate, the game crashes?

If you can follow this guide for locating the crash files, we can provide more assistance.

Those are two very different things. I expected you to say one or the other but not both. Are you experiencing crashes anywhere else in the game also?

Immediately following a crash, could you get your log files and send them to us? We might be able to help diagnose the problem better with more information.
