Are Loot drops weighted?

Hi

I’ve been playing a Hammer Throw VK lately and I’m loving it but I’ve decided to expand my horizons and try a meteor/fireball Sorcerer

April’s pride dropped for me with 2 legendary slots and so I thought I’d farm some chest slots to see what I could get

I used an appropriate loot filter but no mage centric items seem to be dropping much.

Are the loot drops weighted towards what class you are or am I just inept in writing a semi coherent filter?
