Does this game still show your account name above your character’s head at all times?

See title. I played a couple years ago and there was no way to disable the account name showing in the center of my screen, even in singleplayer, for no reason, and it was so mindblowingly r------ded that that had apparently been in the game for four years that I had to refund it. Surely they’ve fixed that by now, yeah?
