Vayne f**king cut her hair in like 30 seconds. Bitch was like "Shit, this new look does NOT work with the ponytail" and was ready to go in half a minute what.
Gwen actually cut it, and that's meant to be awhile after she got the gun, time just skips forward a bit :)
They could've gone deeper into her hatred for Shyvana imo it would've been interesting instead of them just glossing over it and giving looks.

She was released as a badass monster hunter, here she seems like she is barely getting initiated and needs some training from Lucian and Senna ;o.
It's that her weapons can't hurt Shadow Isles monster's. She needs a Relic Weapon (the weapons the Sentinels use) in order to fight against black mist creatures
I feel at this point you're hyping up Yorick so much that if he doesn't show up near the end and single handedly stop Viego people are going to be disappointed.
I mean they are Yorick mains and disappointment is, like, 95% of their thing. But still.

Of all the champions I have a hard time seeing vayne being too eager to let a haunted magic doll go anywhere near her head with magic scissors
You will have to play through the even story to get context into why Vayne joins the Sentinels and why she is allowing stuff like that
No f**king way lol. If she actually isn't playing any bigger role please just be honest and say "we didn't make any plans for her" or "we didn't think her skin would sell well enough so we shafted her". Just please do NOT gaslight her playerbase to cover bad storytelling/direction
I mean that's what she is doing at the moment from a lore perspective. We don't have plans for her in the event, but that isn't specifically because we didn't think her skin would sell or anything. It would have been impossible for us to fit every single Champion that we could of in this event as the event already has a enormous about of art assets in it, way more then spirit blossom. We wanted one champion per region, and we didn't really have the scope to add lots of champions per region. We had to choose between Poppy or Vayne for Demacia and we chose Vayne because her story progression made the most sense (since she is already a monster slayer so joining the Sentinels in order to get better tools to hunt more monster's made a ton of sense for her, and her lore already has a lot of overlap with the Sentinels) That's the honest answer. Of course in a world where we have infinite scope and resources I would have loved to include every single Champion players would want in this story.
I just hope that you guys use this event to advance Poppy's story even a little. How often will you get the chance for her to actually see that shes the hero and not someone else? Also shame that Bandle didnt get a representative but, might get that answer when Vex drops :D
Bandle city is in the spirit world so it didn’t make sense for the Sentinels to travel their or for the mist to reach bandle city since the ruination takes place in the physical realm

I’m confused as to what your argument is? You are saying the Vaynes lore doesn’t progress in a story u haven’t played through with the vast majority of the story not even released yet? Your argument is based on skin VO? I’m totally fine with constructive criticism but I would appreciate if it was after u have actually played through the entire event story. I can’t say a lot now since I don’t want to spoil any of the story.
Thank you for an honest answer, please don't take it personally when I say that I still see it as bad storytelling, if not moreso bad management. It's more what you guys set up that is missing, rather than what players wanted.
The first cinematic deliberately set up Poppy and Vayne as directly implicated with the new Sentinels, yet the newest one implies Vayne is either directly sought out by Luc and Senna or meets them by chance, making that final scene of Ruination an abandoned plot thread. It also implies Vayne fails to mention she personally knows an ultra powerful Yordle who is likely stronger than all of them combined, which kind of goes against the idea that she's willingly tolerating magical presence for the sake of protecting Demacia. If you where never going to do anything with Poppy then you just shouldn't have included her. Her lore is extremely important to Demacia as a whole and now who knows if and when we will ever see that expanded upon now that she had her moment in the spotlight. She's already in big enough of a lore rut what with the mage genocide that apparently just ignores her presence, this has only made it worse.
Honestly man I'm also just not convinced this isn't money prioritized over anything else. It's weird enough the Sentinels found the time to recruit globally while the Ruination is ongoing, it's straight up uncomfortable who they actually recruited. Last I knew Riven was canonically in prison, and I just don't see Senna and Luc ever,out of all the choices they had, choosing to trust Graves or Pyke. (Also don't those two share the same region?) Also damn, poor Maokai

This feels very insincere to me. Saying that choosing a champ per region was a tough call but then excluding both Piltover and Zaun completely in favor of a Bilgewater skin. Which is super annoying because we already had a Bilgewater sentinel in Pyke and a Bilgewater Ruined skin in MF, not every region got a pair of Ruined AND Sentinel skins, then add the fact that they got a third skin in Graves and that it's a legendary...
