Is it not possible yet or is league glitching out or something? Every new batch of skins i just reroll to instantly get but is samira like a community skin or something?

External link →I saw it already mentioned but just to confirm: Samira will not be in the reroll pool until after the Riot Impact Fund promotion with her is over. This is the usual standard policy for all charity skins.
