[2020] Champion Select Screen bug

there a bug that if u get more than 1 dodge from champion select screen next one u get a bug that u are not able to do anything except setting runes u cant even change ur champ, roll or change skin , this bug currently on ARAM not sure if its same in SR

This bug report was insanely helpful! We were trying to figure out why this would sometimes happen and other times be fine. Regardless of the dodge, the second time you enter champ select in a session, your champ select will be broken. Thank you!!
