I imagine this guy as the right hand man of Swain, his looks is elegant like Swain, and leader of a secret elite of noxus. He looks like a old Blademaster capable of win every 1v1, silent and deadly like general Grievous in star wars (not the movies, the animations).
what do you think about the idea? i wish to see more of noxus and see like a secret elite of Noxus. And the only "vastayan" champ of Noxus is Kled, but this like i say a right hand man of Swain will be awesome to see in the lore and of course in the game
