Over the last 3 years I got a chance to sit down with many notable Rioters to talk about their careers at Riot Games, how they first got into game dev, and their perspectives on League (and other games they're working on.) I also got the chance to interview some other gaming creatives if that is more your style. My goal of these shows is to give the community a window into the world of Game Development and games companies like Riot, to show people the human side of the company who makes the game that they love playing.

Like everything, this project is a work in progress and quality improves over the course of the interviews, as well as variety of guest. If you're interesting in watching or listening to these interviews, the links are here. I recommend starting at a more recent episode as earlier shows are less focused and lower production quality.
