@IslaWoof @RiotPhlox Yea we want to use Lilia as a test case for these improved tooltips with all details still available in the expanded (shift) version.

Lilia's tooltips are testing an improved format that @ExasperatedDan has been working on Goals are to present more clear and readable info but retain all of the details in the expanded (shift) version We'd love feedback, so we can polish and adopt this format universally
