[2019] Imagine if there was a champion that stole buffs

Imagine, right, if there was a champion who for, like a second or 2 (maybe 3) could steal a buff from an enemy. By buff, I mean like maybe you could steal Zoe's bonus AA after she uses an ability, or Mordekaiser's extra stats after he ults, or maybe you could take the aura after ult from Zeke's? Stuff like that (But probably not stuff like Veigar's passive or Nasus' Q stacks, don't think stuff that infinitely stacks should be stolen)

Also by buffs, that doesn't mean something simple like "buy this item and get 20 extra AD" because that would definitely be too powerful. Just any major buff from an ability or item that you don't have active at all times

I dunno, just a quick idea I had like a few minutes ago, what do you think?

I mean Pyke R is literally told to be a blink which is even better than a dash since it can dodge abillities
