[2020] Eternals Question

I finished my Eternals and I didnt get the Rewrad, I didnt finish the common but the Series 1 so I shoud still get the Upgrade because it even says, "Upgrade Acquired". No one on the League Server could help me cause not many finished I guess. Did I forget something to do?

Correct, only Normal, Ranked, ARAM
