I love nothing more than hiring fresh associates with no experience required. Yes you have to train them for a little while, but it’s so worth it. -fresh perspective -diverse candidates -super engaged and hard working -in touch with players -hungry to learn and help the team

It’s one of the great things about big teams (also a sign if things are going well). If the team has the time and senior people to mentor fresh associates it’s a unique and precious opportunity. The league team was A+ at this, so many great developers had their start there.
