[2021] Two things that weren't announced in /Dev videos today

Well, Reav3 stated 3 months ago (bottom of page), that They already started working on one rework, because They didn't had time to set up rework voting pool on new site. Almost everyone thought, that was Udyr rework because it wasn't previously on voting pool and a lot of players would be excited. What happened with it? EDIT: Reav3 update in comments

Second thing, Announcers. Last year, skins team on /dev video, teased that they're working on announcers for fall 2020. But We know that COVID ruined thier plans. Now we don't know what's is happening with it for like 6 months or so. EDIT: They're iceboxed. Source. Why We didn't get this info more officialy?

EDIT: Also, no words on mini VGU's for old visuals, but not so old in gameplay, like Jarvan, Le Blanc, Vladimir, Talon, Caitlyn etc.
