[2022] LCS ticketing/scheduling issue

So me and my friends bought tickets for the playoffs match on Aug 28th and on the website for Tixr it says the match is EG vs the winner of U1. (which is the match we wanted to see) but on the website for LOLESPORTS it says the match is going to be 100T (which is not a game we would care to attend) any ways you guys can clarify? If the match is actually 100T, none of us can find a place where you are able to get a refund.

I've tried reaching out to @lcs on twitter about it and I also emailed [email protected] (an email one of my friends found) and still haven't gotten any responses, hoping to post here to get some clarity or insight from anyone!
