It has not no. In fact we might be introduced to the new mage in the story a little bit before we release her ;)

Hi u/Reav3 , do you have any comment on possibly making another Ixtal champ? I was kinda hoping you'd announce one in this roadmap, it's been almost two years since Qiyana and Ixtal were introduced :(
It 100% something we want to do soon, internally we are really excited to develop that region more as well. We also want to make a more herioc/good champion from that region since so far we only have Qiyana who is more villainous
u/Reav3 how will the delay of the Mage effect the Mid lane Marksman's release, will it come out at the same time as planned or be pushed up to when the mage would have been released. Thanks
No other champs release dates have shifted as a result

yeah, we are just finishing up some of his skins. Base Mundo has been done for a bit now (He has a lot of skins though)
How do we only have Qiyana? Do you not consider Nidalee/Neeko as heroic champions from Ixtal, while Zyra and Rengar join Qiyana?
Sorry, I meant more specifically from the Ixtal faction, not champs that reside in the region, like all the ones you mentioned. I mean we want to make another champion from Qiyana's Civilization specifically at some point.

So yordle mage isn't support right? If she isn't, is there a possibility that she can be played support like the way Lux does?
We arnt currently planning for that champ to be duo lane Support/Mid as we just made a champion like that in Seraphine. This one is meant to be purely a mid lane mage, though im sure people will try it, and it may be good?
u/Reav3 The roadmap mentions "dark and edgy" champions coming next. Do these refer to the mid lane marksman or the mage?
It was referring to all champions releasing as part of the Ruined King Returns Story, since it's a story revolving around the Shadow Isles all the champs are at least a bit dark and edgy. I was also kind of memeing on myself, since so many players say all we make is either cute or dark/edgy champs
u/Reav3 not sure if you’re still checking this thread but if the Yordle has been delayed what does that mean for the next event and specifically Sylas prestige (and the rest of the skinline) assuming he is/was supposed to be in the next event with the Yordle? Is that delayed too?
No events have been delayed as a result of the Yordle moving back
So the Order of the Releases are : Mundo Vgu, Midlane Marksmen , Yordle Mage , Botlane Marksmen ?
It can always change of course, but yes, that is the current planned order
So just for full clarity, should we expect the mid lane marksman when we expected the Yordle and the Yordle when we expected the marksman, or is the timing of the marksman the same and the Yordle is now after that?
The Marksmen timing has not changed. They are different production teams working on both of those champions, so one being delayed doesnt effect the other
Just to clarify a little further, if you don't mind me asking, does that mean that there is going to be a larger than usual gap between the release of Mundo's VGU and the new Marksman's release?

I was curious, does BravoRay still concepts champs since I heard he took over for Danny as AD on champs
He is the AD, but he was really wanted to make a champion every once in a blue moon, and I love his art style so I was happy to let him
That's great, I love his art as well. Do you also have any ideas where you'd like to assign Sojyoo now that she recently joined champ team
For now she is going to jump back onto the marksmen (she originally worked on the Marksmen for like 3 months and was responsible for like 90% of it's design before LoneWingy took it over when she went back to PIE) After that it will likely be something for 2022
I feel like you shouldn't be letting your personal love of an artstyle effect who designs what.
Lol, its more then just that of course. Many of the Champions he concepted have resonated deeply with the playerbase and many are in the top 10 highest rated visuals in our mass champions surveys (Kai'Sa, Akali, Jhin)
