Heal and Shield power have become the standard for some enchanter supports to build that I think the values in the tooltips of their respective heals and shields abilities should be affected by the % of Heal and Shield power they gained from items.

e.g. -> Soraka with 0 AP and max rank W heals for 170 HP. But if you buy Redemption that valor stays the same because it doesn't take into account the 15% heal and shield power the item gave to her. The new valor would be 195.5 HP heal (stacks additively), correct me if I'm wrong.

Suggestion:

Soraka

W - Astral Infusion: Healing value adjusted from 90 / 110 / 130 / 150 / 170 (+ 50% AP) to 90 / 110 / 130 / 150 / 170 (+ 50% AP) (+% heal and shield power)

Also, Despite being a proper champion stat since 2016, heal and shield power is not listed on the advanced champion statistics panel so the only way to know how much heal and shield power you have is by placing your mouse over item that gives you that stat.

So, I think the heal and shield as a champion stat should be more visible and represented in the game. Sorry for bad English, I'm American.

Yes it should. It's easier said than done though. I tried doing this myself (without engineering support) and it was very involved and required adjusting every champion in the game one by one as there's nothing in tooltips that marks them as a heal or shield specifically, it's just text. It's a noted request, just needs the right moment to be worth the effort.
