[2021] Can not enter any games after champ select screen

I've not been able to enter a single game on PBE, this happened before during Lillia's release and is happening again now.

• Description of the abnormal behavior: After finishing champ select process in both draft mode and practice tool mode, game fails to load. Sometimes I will get a black screen briefly before being kicked back to the client with a "Reconnect" button on it. Clicking on reconnect will attempt to load the game, again sometimes briefly giving me a black screen before kicking me back to the client's "Reconnect" screen.
• Additional details: has happened in normal draft and practice tool modes 100% of the time, have not tried to enter other game modes.
