In the 10.25 patch notes, Mortal Reminder apparently got 200 gold cheaper, while also getting 10 more AD.

However, the item didn't get 10 AD. Rather, it lost 10, making it even weaker (in terms of gold efficiency), which seems really contradictory considering they're trying to buff marksmen.

Either the patch notes aren't listing the intended changes, or the 10 ad nerf was a mistake. I already tried it in practice tool and the 20 AD are correct.

I'm really confused about this change. I really hope there was some mistake, since I don't see how this item deserved such a nerf while every other ADC item got buffed.

Mortal reminder always gave 20 AD. The only thing that changed was the cost going down 200. The patch notes accidentally copied the mercurial scimitar AD change down to reminder as well.

This one. Patch notes originally incorrectly wrote the Mercurial changes under Mortal Reminder and left out the Mercurial changes altogether. Both items were buffed. Mercurial more stat efficiency, Mortal Reminder less cost. Patch notes still seem off though, I've passed it along and it should be corrected (for real this time) soon.
