I'm a f2p player by choice, I like the extra challenge, and hit masters today in the top 100 worldwide, something I expected to not be possible. Not feeling limited from being competitive was great, the balanced design of limited resources was really well thought out and implemented. Though slightly frustrating for everyone initially, it looks like it will make sense in the long run, too.
