[2020] Yasuo game breaking bug

Hi guys

So today i'm playing an expedition and got yasuo deck with shadowshift. Shadowshift recalls an ally and summons a living shadow (3/2).

Now, when I used it on an ally and had Yasuo in play, Yasuo killed immediately the summoned Living Shadow. Yasuo's text reads like this:

When you Stun or Recall an enemy, I deal 2 damage to it.

So basically there are 2 things wrong with what happened when losing my living shadow:

1- I recalled an ally, not an enemy

2- Even if it wasn't an ally, it should never deal 2 damage to a different follower. The Living Shadow was not the target of the recall.

Has anyone noticed this bug already? How can I report it to Riot? It's a 2 in 1 bug on a champion card.

Edit: The ally I recalled was Yasuo itself
