This is a bug with this particular quest using a different set of rewards than most others, we've got it tracked to fix. You should be able to reroll it tomorrow into one that gives Bronze Vaults again.
Minor fun fact: This is a quest designed by FloppyMudkip, one of the players in the invitational event we held earlier this year.
I appreciate the heads up! Should we reroll quest to fish for higher POC rewards like how we do in PVP? Or the rewards are all the same?
The intent is that the daily quest rewards are all the same. Please continue to flag if you see quests without Bronze Vaults and we'll fix them!
