[2020] Let's talk about the Anivia changes - 7 Mana cost(up from 6), now able to block attacks and levels up when enlightened. No stat changes are confirmed yet

Hey folks, FYI patch notes covering all changes to Anivia and other cards are coming on 1/22, so wouldn't speculate TOO much until then.
