The Path of Champions Starter Bundle - I did not get all content i payed for. Any advice?

I had all champions 3 star before constellation update. Now i brought this bundle and i got only fragments to champions who have constellation tree in the game(Darius, Norra, Gwen), i did not get any Bard and Garen fragments. Since the currency tab in constellations was introduced i thought thats where Bard and Garen fragments would go, so i could use them once their constellations gets patched in but no, nothing.
