That's it. I loved playing the game, but after the support tried to move my shard to the right server, I lost everything. Since then they gave me the most terrible support I've seen so far. I got emails from them saying that "they fixed the problem", but they didn't. Then I reply and it takes 2-3d for them to try again... I don't know if I get my collection back, but I also don't want to start a new account, since I had a full collection and put lots of effort into it.

Any idea what else I can do?

We recently completed a sweep of all accounts that had transferred shards incompletely; you should have been captured in that, but it sounds like you haven't.

We'll get it fixed. There's no way you're going to start a new account and have to get all those cards again even if I have to ship you the coins myself. Please DM me your ticket number / account name

Hi, just following-up. We have your account and are in process of running the script to fix this issue.

During the server transfers, a number of players like yourself (around 50 players total) got swapped, but without their collections. We tried to fix them as soon as we discovered them but obviously missed some.

That sucks; thank you for your unreasonable patience so far. Will provide an ETA on the fix once I have it.
