Marvel Snap has put me on a digital CCG kick, and I hear LoR is one of the better ones out there. I also used to play a bit of League so this would up my alley.

Is LoR P2W in the way Hearthstone has been for the last 5 or so years? (sigh)Or can I get into it, and build a solid collection with relative ease?

EDIT: Thanks ya'll! I'll be booting it up this week and giving it a shot.

I'm obviously wildly biased, but one reason I joined the team was that LoR is one of the easiest games to get access to a fun collection of cards quickly I like working on games that are super player-focused. :)

Hmmm...biased you say? Whatever could be the reason for that? I believe your opinion is as factual and unbiased as it gets 🤔

I actually just wrote a document for a new hire as guidance and was very pleased to get to write that Riot absolutely takes “player experience first” seriously and that we should always be asking in meetings if this decision - whatever it is - will be making the game a better player experience overall. It’s awesome to be part of that.

Heyyyy you took the sneaky zeebles pfp for Reddit too, not just devblogs! That's nice!

If I already got your attention, a quick question: after reading the recent devblog, I have some ideas for feedback. What's the best way to make my feedback reach you guys? A post on this sub, a dm, a support ticket, etc. .

Thanks (:

Post on this sub if you’re already familiar with it is a good way. Feel free to message me if you’d rather it be private. App reviews are paid attention to as well if it’s for the game overall. Lots of other options but those are probably easiest for a Redditor

Very new to the RIOT ecosystem, only really got into it last year, and by far my favorite thing about you guys!

Seems like such an awesome company to not only play it's games, but to work for as well!

The office has a genuine Willy wonka vibe too. New hires don’t believe us at first when we tell them about the secret rooms, bilgewater brew, on campus arcades, or the smoothie lagoon. :)
