I usually have the passes done by the 3rd week. Multiple support tickets and another sent yesterday. They say they are still trying to fix it. After 41 days of being affected by the bug, surely, they'll figure it out in the last 24 hrs?
I just kind of want to receive the thing I paid for? Like anyplace that sells goods and services and don't just take money, say you'll receive something, and not give anything? This is a tad frustrating... :(
