[2020] I just queued 8 times in the "Normal" playlist, and got 8 straight surrenders in response - all from the same 2 users

I'm at the point where I don't want to stop queueing up because I'm gaining 300 XP every 30 seconds or so, but I'm somewhat concerned Riot is going to think some shenanigans are going on.

It's the same two users, I'm literally alternating between one and the other with each game. I assume they're trying to queue each other (maybe one guy with two accounts? One is just named 77777777777) but it's still odd that I haven't found anyone else.

Sometimes they go afk and/or wait for me to do something, but as soon as I start playing they surrender. Actually as I write this, I'm sitting in a game with the 7s account (this would be game #9) and it's roping each turn. I assume he's afk, but it's also possible he's trying to keep me out of the queue.

Should I be concerned if I'm not doing anything wrong? And any explanation as to what's happening?
