[2024] When will we receive some *brand new* content in PoC?

I appreciate the new release champion swain on PoC and constellation but when will we receive some actual new content like new cards and brand new champion without recycling some old content.

Since without some new mechanics/keyword in game, it will get boring pretty soon👉🏻👈🏻

I thought they mean they shift their focus to PoC but not also shrink their development scale like 80%😿
