[2019] Server Down

We are aware of the server crashes and they should be restarted already.

Server connections look stable at the moment, but we are in the process of rebooting a main server which is likely causing some disruption.

Looks like there was an issue earlier in the hour. Servers have been restarted so the issue may be resolved at this point.
