That's a headline, not a section. Please read the opening article, it does tell you how to report scammers, bots and Adena sellers ;)

As pointed out before and in the original post of this thread, you need to report any suspicious behavior via ticket through our Support team. Making accusations by mentioning names or posting screenshots and such containing names on the forum violates our Code of Conduct, which in return results in the removal of these posts.

Please submit a ticket here https://support.lineage2.com/hc/en-us if you would like to send a report.

If you have names of bots to report, please use the bot report function in game and submit a ticket through our Support channel.

If you write to Support to discuss with them the issue with bots, they will direct you to the forums where you are welcomed to discuss the issue. The forums is simply not the channel to report other players and bots.

Which is why I am asking for the ticket number. If you've received an improper response then we can address that.

This is a great opportunity to once again clarify that posting images or videos reporting suspicious behavior of other players on the forum is against the forum's Code of Conduct and will lead to the moderation of your post and a possible suspension of your posting privileges.

The only way to submit these reports is via our Support team by submitting a ticket here: https://support.lineage2.com/hc/en-us or sending an in-game report.
