I bought the Season Pass 4 the day it released and just updated but I don’t have any of the new content available? Also Season Pass 4 isn’t listed in my possessions, but it is in my purchase history? I already tried restarting, anything else I can try?

I submitted a ticket as well as making a post on the official forums the day the Season 4 pass became available. I was assured by you and other Support that this would not happen.

The Season 4 Pass not beign visible before release was working as intended.
The issue for the DLC not unlocking today was only present for some players but not all due to a misconfiguration.
It should be fixed now.

Thank you for the update. I cannot find the bonus items for ordering the Season 4 pass. I am sure they are there and I am looking in the wrong places.

No, this was only just released in Korea two weeks ago. We most likely will not see this change for awhile.
