Unfortunately, we do not offer clan leader transfers for clans. There was an issue we had 12 years ago where we attempted to transfer clan leadership, but it resulted in a lot of troubles for the clan and parties involved. We have no plans to offer such a service.

Greetings everyone,

We delete most of your posts concerning bots because you keep breaking the rules you agreed to in the first place, namely exposing and therefore shaming other players through exposition of their credentials. The way to go is addressing the support team, who, on the other hand, are also the only ones capable of helping you with said issue. Forum moderators simply do not possess the level of authority nor the tools to ban bots in the game.

Game servers will be down for unscheduled maintenance today, Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. PDT /  8:30 p.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

With this maintenance:

  • Reset PK Count to Zero
  • Change out the Brooch Spirit Stone with a working version

The Gem Energy was added as a reward item with the Night Market Treasure Chest. Gem Energy can be used to compound Normal Jewels or Greater Jewels. The failure results for compounding with a Gem Energy is different from the normal compounding method with two Jewels of the same level/type.

If you compound a Jewel with a Gem Energy and it fails, then the Gem Energy is consumed and the Jewel is downgraded to Lv. 1 for that type (Normal/Greater). A Greater Jewel Lv. 1 cannot be downgraded to a Normal Jewel Lv. 5 if you fail to compound to Greater Jewel Lv. 2.

  • Failing to compound a Greater Jewel Lv. 1~4 will downgrade the jewel to Greater Jewel Lv. 1
  • Failing to compound a Normal Jewel Lv. 1~4 will downgrade the jewel to Normal Jewel Lv. 1.

We are investigating the issue. It seems other regions had a similar problem and had to swap out the items.
