Yes, the Circlet Enchant Scroll for the Upgrade Stones are on the Dimensional Merchant.

Some additions to patch notes:

  • Damaged Spellbook - 1,600 Adena (Light Castle Tax)
  • Fortune Pocket - Stage 1 - 7,500 Adena (Light Castle Tax)
  • Fortune Pocket - Stage 2 - 12,500 Adena (Light Castle Tax)(Light Castle Tax)
  • Fortune Pocket - Stage 3 - 17,500 Adena (Light Castle Tax)
  • Fortune Pocket - Stage 4 - 25,000 Adena (Light Castle Tax)
  • Fortune Pocket - Stage 5 - 40,000 Adena (Light Castle Tax)

Damaged Spellbooks cannot be used after the update.

Crafting Boxes that are opened after the update will have corroded materials that can still be traded to vendors for Adena.

Exalted Weapons have 10% PvE Damage, Max HP 15%, and additional stats depending on the weapon type. The weapons are already elemented.

The Forgotten Spellbook will be permanently added to the store. The Damaged Spellbooks stopped dropping in the last update.

The mentee mark rewards were for another region, which is why we had to remove them from the page :(

The patch notes will be posted tomorrow around 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Apologies for the delay, but we are still waiting on a handful of fixes and confirmation on several changes from the Dev team.

Regarding the rumored Vitality changes, the Vitality system will remain AS IS with the update. Vitality will NOT affect the drop rate of items or Adena.

All of the Give a Gift, Get A Gift coupon codes have been distributed for Live players. Check your serial codes section on the My NCSOFT Account page to apply your gift to the character/server.

Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 5 a.m. PST /  7 a.m. CST / 8 a.m. EST  / 2 p.m. GMT+1 and will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

With this maintenance:

  • Standard database maintenance and application restarts will be performed.
  • Ruldolph’s Holiday Event will end.
  • Holiday Server Settings will no longer be available.
  • The Blizzard Chill Box and a selection of Holiday items will no longer be on the L2 Store.

As we wrap up 2019, we’d like to wish you the merriest of holidays. Our offices will be closed for the remainder of the year as we take some time off to spend the holidays with our friends and family.
