Players are not prohibited from appealing their bans. To appeal, one needs to submit a ticket and the account in questions will be reviewed. But as stated with the recent inquiry to account bans, they were closed for violating our EULA.

We recently took action against accounts that were found to be violating the EULA. The investigation was thorough and justified based on our findings. Please remember that illegal third party usage is prohibited and we will continue to take action on any account found to be violating our EULA.

We deployed a fix last week to resolve some issues with the Sayune Jump. Can you try again? Let us know what area and what happens to your character?

We are still looking into this issue. Is anyone receiving the WinLicense error and does NOT have an Intel(R) HD Graphics card as their main GPU?

We cannot offer the race change for Ertheia at this time until we have fully tested the race change process on Ertheia characters that recently changed their main class to a new one using the Stone of Destiny. The Eviscerator/Sayha's Seer skill animations completely broke our characters in previous race change tests, so we want to make sure these issues have been fixed before we can add Ertheia to the race change service.

Today, we’d like to welcome the latest member of the Lineage II team, LIME! Some of you may have already seen him during our 17th Anniversay GM Buff event last week.

LIME joins the Lineage II team as one of the game Producers and will be working closely with Juji. Please give LIME a warm welcome to the community!

It’s finally back—register for your server transfer on our website. The normal registration period starts at 7 a.m. PDT on Wednesday and ends at 3 a.m. PDT on the following Wednesday before the start of the maintenance where all registered transfers purchased will be processed.

For the time being, server transfers are only available from Chronos to Naia. Transfers from Naia to Chronos will be available after May 19.

Before you register for a Server Transfer, please consider these details and restrictions.

• Characters transferring must be at least level 100 to be eligible...
