[2022] I don't understand how you release legion raids according to Korea, but not release classes according to Korea?

Classes were released much, much more slowly in Korea, with just a small handful coming out each year. I understand all classes are available there now and this is ultimately what players want and are asking for, but in terms of “not releasing classes according to Korea” as OP asked about in the thread, this is being done much more quickly in comparison to the original KR server.
