This compensation was not delivered to the Product Inventory, it was delivered to the Universal Storage, has a hard expiration date, and can only be used by certain characters on the Roster. It is also only being delivered to the players (less than a few hundred on a specific region) that were impacted by a very specific bug that locked them out of certain content for a ~3 week period. The compensation addresses and makes up for that specifically, which is why it is not going out to everyone as very few players were impacted.
Thanks for all these posts and accounts of your issues! There were some changes in last week’s update that were put in as a potential improvement, and very anecdotally it looks like they had a positive impact. There’s still more to be done to resolve this issue of course, but these notes are all super helpful.
This is just our first anniversary, and year 1 and 2 skins have already been made available. The later anniversary skins will come to the game in the future.

This isn’t what I said at all, so please don’t project this. Feedback is always appreciated and taken into account wherever possible, but sometimes the reality in game development (at any company) is that no amount of feedback can increase the amount of resources a team has or make work be completed faster. I want to make sure that is understood.
Don’t chalk it all up to complaining – the feedback was well, WELL understood but as mentioned in the post that went out today luckily the development schedule shifted which will allow us to bring the class forward a bit. Without that, it wouldn’t have been possible to change that date. Just a small reminder that sometimes there are limitations outside of feedback. But regardless of all that, we’re happy that it could happen for everyone!!
