I agree, there should have been an in game announcement too. There apparently was an error.
I’m really sorry about this guys, I know it can be extremely frustrating to be pulled from something you were doing. I’m huge on trying to get better communication out there.
There SHOULD have been a message posted in game with much more of a heads up, but there was a mistake made by the team that handles that. I’ll touch base with them and go over it again to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
I post to the forums and discord, which I know is not the best place for fast communication but just so everyone is aware of where I can post.
Apologies again everyone, I appreciate the kindness, I’m already speaking with some of the team that we need to fine tune our messaging, especially when it’s an urgent issue and there isn’t much time. We’re going to meet Monday and adjust. We agree that communication can be better and will do our best to make that happen.
As for tickets, please give the auto system 24-48 hours to reissue the ticket.
