Good morning all! I’ll let the team know to look into it!

I’m bringing this back up with the devs to look in to!

The queues are there to also slow down the flow of players onto a server to prevent server crash. There are also only two spawn points so players will enter when others leave the beach.

Something has already been done, the limits have been adjusted.

For those on Artemis and Apophis, there will be another server rolled out in 30 minutes. We encourage those to shift there or another server with a shorter queue.

The entire team is monitoring multiple situations and reacting quickly. We are working hard to make sure the servers roll out in a stable manner and tackling any problems that pop up. We understand you’re frustrated with the queues and eager to join in on the fun. Please keep in mind that we are continuing to open servers and have adjusted the character creation process to allow quick jumps. At the same time we want to ensure that the worlds are lively and full.

We appreciate your kindness and patience as we all tackle this new adventure together!

Only those with keys from the streamers can access the streamer servers.

Each streamer was given a certain amount of keys to fill those servers. After the event those servers will open to everyone as a normal server.

The health and stability of the server is a concern, along with lag when you increase the numbers.

You should be able to create another character now.

Servers that are locked will remain locked for the time being, this is due to the extremely high queues. It is a very delicate balance to achieve, we understand everyone wants to play with friends while also not wanting to wait hours to join. We have adjusted player creation limits to allow those to remake characters on an open server.

Appreciate these updates everyone! Helps the team make sure you’re seeing what we’re seeing. Reminder, we’re continuing to roll out servers.

For those on Artemis, we encourage you to make a character on another EU server. We’ve adjusted the character creation limits to allow for a quick switch.
