Thanks for your feedback, game development is a fluid environment and sometimes dates can change. Appreciate your feedback on the timing of when content goes on our website and is introduced into the game.
We do hear the feedback on clearer communication about upcoming changes and we’ll work with the team to improve on what we are able to share and when.

We have goals we work toward but there are cases where risks need to be addressed before there are confirmations. Sometimes those decisions to release or not can come in very hot. We’ll work to be more communicative around ambiguity.
I think that’s the biggest challenge, we navigate a lot of ambiguity in game development and the status of a build, as an example, can change. We do understand the ask for more visibility on the status of releases and we’ll work with the team on it.

There are a few different disciplines that would be involved in the discussion from Release Management, Production, etc. Not sure if that was a sincere question but we’d work with all the stakeholders who work on product change moments.

PR play no role in player feedback or player facing communication, they mostly work with game media. Community folks are in meetings directly with all representatives of publishing and development. We work directly with teams on issues and opportunities.
