Many of the ban posts are being deleted by moderation and customer support as the only way to appeal bans is through customer support. Alot of players are revealing personal information on the forums so this is a safety precaution. We ask that players please remain patient as customer support goes through the appeals and checks to see which are legit or not. We are not ignoring the subject at hand and taking this all very seriously.

As mentioned, there is nothing we can do on the forums to support you. Ban appeals and conversations will need to go through customer support.

Then I would recommend patience in this part. I’m so sorry, I know it’s not easy and absolutely frustrating. But everyone just piling on and trying to resubmit multiple times in different ways just bogs down the system.

Hey everyone,

While we appreciate the want to get to the bottom of any suspension or ban a player may receive, Community Managers do not have the tools to investigate these instances and, as such, the forums are not the place to go to have them investigated.

Please reach out to our Game Moderation team via This Link to Support. They are the ones who are able to investigate any and all ban appeals. Opening multiple tickets is not advised, so if you have submitted an appeal please be patient while our Game Moderation team works through all of the requests they are fielding.

As the forums are not the place to appeal bans of any kind, I am locking this thread. Thank you for your understanding.
