I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this, can be extremely frustrating. I will bringing this up to the team about either getting better communication out or being clearer with reentry tickets.

Absolutely an option, to completely change things up. Hence the planning to talk to the team Monday and see where we can improve things. We don’t enjoy seeing players locked out or missing out on content.

I appreciate the information on this thread, thank you! I’m currently writing a report to let the team know the situation when it comes to re-entry tickets being distributed… well, in this case, NOT distributed.

I don’t currently have any information or update as this is now being escalated, although the holiday weekend does slow things down a bit.
