[2023] Kicked out of Punika wtf

For those locked out of Punika can you clarify if you’ve completed Feiton or previous regions quests?

It seems it is intended. I will pass that feedback on, it’s already been flagged to the team as a point of confusion and players thinking it was a bug so those issues have been surfaced.

After investigation, this is indeed an intended change to ensure players have completed previous continent’s storylines before being able to progress to further continents. You will be able to return to further continents after completing missing story lines.

That being said, we are aware as to why this change is inconvenient and frustrating for players that have already been playing for many months, and have already passed this feedback on to the team. Appreciate the discussions around this.

I understand the frustration, but I will always continue to let players know when we have alerted the team of feedback, potential issues, or sticking points with the game. The CM team is not the one to make the final calls on game decisions, but we will always make sure players know when their concerns have been delivered and heard, regardless of the outcome.
