[2022] Ok, so it's obvious that Amazon has some kind of BAN script they run. Why not run it everyday?

We pretty much do, until the botters figure out how to get around it. We continue to ban in the meantime with other methods and mechanisms, and then when we get a new script we run massive waves again. It’s not a long term solution but it helps clear out queues and keep the worst of it at bay when we can push through.
