This recent maintenance/hot fix was scheduled as for disconnects, that is sadly out of our hands when servers decide to have a problem. But as mentioned above, I’ll let the team know that we need to keep looking into forms of communication and reimbursement.
The hotfix was scheduled for a time where the AVG least amount of players are online across every server.
