[2022] Server not impacted by merge but in region impacted by merge?

Unfortunately the whole region will be impacted by merges happening on it, even on servers that are not being merged themselves. This is due to the amount of data that needs to be merged and transferred and the number of systems that operate at a region-wide capacity within the game, which unfortunately means the whole region will need to come offline.
